Service Advisor
Location: Scarborough
Salary: up to £28,000 basic per annum, plus bonus, OTE £37,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, Saturdays mornings on rota

We’re recruiting a Service Advisor to join our client – a well established main dealership known for delivering exceptional customer service and representing some of the industry’s most respected automotive brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, high performing aftersales team within a modern, customer focused dealership environment based in Scarborough.
You’ll be working in a busy service department where no two days are the same, supporting both retail and warranty customers while contributing to a smooth and efficient aftersales operation. Service Advisor Duties
• Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
• Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
• Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day to day running of a busy department
• Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
• Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Service Advisor Requirements
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
• A full UK driving licence
• Willing to work weekends
