* Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
* Pay Rates: Weekdays £12.85 per hour, Weekends £13 per hour, Weekends £15.10 per hour
* Location: Merthyr Tydfil
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Contract: Full Time
* Shift Pattern: TBD, but ideally, you will be able to work every other weekend

Responsibilities
* As a Support Worker, your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing hands-on support with personal care and daily living tasks.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of care plans.
* Mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
* Medication management and administration.
* Building positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
* Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Support Worker, with a desire to progress into a senior role.
* A relevant qualification (e.g., QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care) is highly desirable.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
