Alexander Lloyd HR Business Partner
Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a financial services organization to recruit a HR Business Partner. This role will support Accounts & Outsourcing (180 employees), Tax (90), and Legal (12) service lines reporting to the HR Director.
Duties include:
1. Provide support on complex ER cases, ensuring risk management and compliance with employment laws.
2. Work with stakeholders to develop people elements of Business Plans.
3. Utilize key data for decision making, e.g., turnover, absence rates, diversity, and pay.
4. Identify and forecast business needs and trends using data.
5. Support business plan implementation, performance management, HR system implementation, and leaver feedback process.
6. Train and upskill managers, run online training sessions, and coach senior managers.
You will have/need:
* Ideal – Experience in Professional/Financial Services.
* Desirable – Experience in a commercial environment.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* CIPD qualification with experience in managing and influencing key stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback.
* Ability to identify and manage people risk.
Role Details:
* Hybrid role, 3 days per week in the office (West Sussex).
* Salary up to £60,000.
