Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
4. Advise employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
5. Deal with employee relations matters over the phone, Teams and face to face when required
6. Working closely with the HRBP's with complex ER casework
7. Advise in line with HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
8. Collaborating with the wider HR team
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
9. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
10. Have managed Employee Relations casework
11. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
12. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
13. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
15. A CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable.
