Management Accountant, Cambridge | Up to £50k
Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are supporting a growing business based in Cambridge to recruit a Management Accountant to join their team. Your new role You'll be reporting to the CFO and your key responsibilities will include:
* Bank reconciliations
* Month-end processes
* Budgeting
* Forecasting
* Variance Analysis
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong management accounting experience within a commercial environment.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines across UK and international entities.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across departments and external partners.
* A proactive mindset with the desire to improve systems, processes and reporting.
