* Act as deputy to the Head of People Advice and lead the team in their absence
* Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capability
* Advise on high-risk matters such as whistleblowing, settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancy, and tribunal preparation
* Oversee the People Advice phone line, inbox, and business change requests
* Build strong relationships with managers and leaders across the business
* Analyse ER data to identify trends and support proactive interventions
* Mentor People Advisors and support onboarding
* Deliver ER training and contribute to policy development
What You'll Bring
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
* Significant ER experience in a complex, fast-paced organisation
* Experience in a unionised environment
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* High emotional intelligence and sound judgement
