Are you an experienced MOT Tester / Tyre Fitter looking for a stable, well-paid role within a reputable multi-franchise main dealer?
Our client is seeking a dedicated MOT Tester / Tyre Fitter to join their busy workshop in Worthing. With no weekends currently required, this is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking for consistent hours and a strong work-life balance.
What’s in it for you?
4. £35,000 basic salary (no bonus scheme – guaranteed earnings)
5. Monday – Friday hours (no weekends at present)
6. Choice of shift patterns:
7. 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch)
8. 08:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch)
9. 42.5-hour week option (30-minute lunch)
10. Main dealer training & development opportunities
The Duties of the MOT Tester / Tyre Fitter Role:
11. Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
12. Fit, replace, and balance tyres as required
13. Perform basic servicing and repairs when needed
14. Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures
15. Keep accurate records of completed work
What You Need
16. Valid MOT Tester licence (Class 4)
17. Experience in tyre fitting within a workshop environment
18. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
19. Team player mentality with a proactive approach
