The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Executive to lead the charge on social-first content and help grow our community from the inside out.
You’ll be the voice and face behind our social channels — planning, shooting, editing and posting content that builds awareness, love, and loyalty. You'll also support influencer work, community engagement, email, and events — always with a content-first mindset.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social, loves creating, and wants to grow with a brand that’s doing things differently.
What You’ll Do
* Create and post daily content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels — short-form video is your main output.
* Plan and shoot lo-fi videos and photo content in your everyday environments — from flat to gym to park.
* Film at events and activations, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, community interactions, and brand personality in real life.
* Gather content wherever needed — during team days, product prep, cycling meetups, or when something interesting is happening.
* Jump on trends and moments, adapting them for the brand in a way that’s fresh and scroll-stopping.
* Write copy and captions in our tone — smart, simple, and occasionally cheeky.
* Build and engage our community through posts, DMs, and ongoing conversation.
* Work with influencers and creators to scale our content output — briefing, coordinating, repurposing and amplifying their work.
* Support influencer seeding — helping send out bars, track responses, and manage relationships.
* Help create and send brand emails: product drops, updates, content round-ups, loyalty rewards.
* Social Listening: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to jump into conversations and viral moments.
* Support Events and Activations: Help coordinate and promote events, sampling days, and brand partnerships.
* Track what’s working (and what’s not), learn fast, and feed it into your next idea.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2 years of experience in a content, social media, or creative marketing role — or a portfolio that shows you don’t need it.
* Strong video creation and editing skills — ideally with tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe Rush.
* You’re confident on both sides of the camera, and have a great eye for what works visually.
* A natural creative who lives inside social feeds and understands what grabs attention.
* Strong written tone — you know how to write like a human, not a press release.
* Organised, self-starting, and happy managing multiple projects at once.
* Bonus if you're interested in food, fitness, health, or anything that makes people move.
What We Offer
* A front-row seat in a fast-growing food brand doing things differently.
* Creative freedom and real ownership — your ideas won’t sit in a doc.
* A collaborative, ego-free team who wants to move fast and make noise.
* Hybrid working, team discounts, and the opportunity to grow as we do.
How to Apply
Send us:
* Your CV
* A short note (or video) on why you’d be a great fit
* A link to the content you’ve created — ideally a TikTok, Instagram Reel, or social posts
