Job Description:

Regional Revenue Manager vacancy, Established hotel group, mix of home working and some time spent at the hotels (Field based) London /South. Salary upto £65,000 per annum, 3.5K car allowance, 10% bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical.

UK based hotel group with 20 hotels across the UK partnering with IHG, Accor & Marriott. Multi brand experience along with minimum experience of a Cluster Revenue Manager role. Highly reputable company with strong reputation in the market. Forms part of a regional senior leadership team.

1. Deliver effective pricing for all revenue streams, including conference and F&B where applicable.
2. Work closely with Regional and Hotel teams to maximise top line and GOP delivery.
3. To maintain strong links with the commercial function (Sales, Marketing and Channels) provide insight and information that drives commercial activity.
4. Generate and own revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within area of responsibility; forecasting accuracy to meet agreed targets.
5. Deliver effective inventory management to maximise RevPar and TrevPar.
6. Drive optimal business mix and profitable revenue management in each property, through mix modelling
7. Monitor competitor pricing and understand the dynamics of the market using this insight to manage impact on RGI, link to the business planning process, and manipulate market mix strategy.
8. Ensure high quality, optimal representation of hotels on all distribution channels.
9. Ensure compliance with standard and optimal use of Revenue Management Systems
10. Be familiar and follow Brand guidelines by hotel division
11. To work closely with the Data Analyst Team to capture insight, analysis and recommendations to drive top line delivery.
12. Work closely with on property Reservations teams to ensure processes and procedures are being executed efficiently to allow for an accurate base for Revenue Management to make the correct strategic business decisions.
13. Support divisional projects, initiatives and implementations.
14. To coach & develop on-property reservation teams
15. Engage in available online and face to face training where available.
16. Support and develop other members of the revenue team where needed
17. Travel to hotels within area of responsibility to conduct face to face meetings as required or directed.
18. Travel to business reviews or team meetings as required.
