Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clear leadership and day-to-day management of the internal sales team
* Set daily goals, track performance, and foster a high-achieving, motivated team culture
* Monitor team KPIs and individual targets to ensure consistent delivery against commercial objectives
* Support sales performance through structured coaching, training, and 1-1 development plans
* Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the customer experience and drive results
* Manage pricing strategy, profitability, and support with reporting and sales analytics
* Deliver regular performance updates and strategic insight to senior leadership
* Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
* Lead internal sales meetings and ensure clear communication of goals, challenges, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* Demonstrated experience managing and developing a high-performing sales or commercial team
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on accountability and performance improvement
* Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork
* Confident using tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms to track performance and inform decisions
* Inspirational leader with the ability to drive positive change and support business growth
