We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our team within the gambling industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing commercial performance, tracking market trends, and providing strategic insights to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting the gambling and gaming sector.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure commercial success and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct financial modelling and forecasting to support decision-making.
* Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
* Provide insights into customer behaviour, player retention, and monetisation strategies.
* Support product strategies and promotional activities through data-driven recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, marketing, and product teams to align commercial strategies.
* Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams through data analysis.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
* Experience in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI & Excel).
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insight to stakeholders.
* Knowledge of gambling industry trends, player behaviours, and regulatory requirements.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
