At PayPlan, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Operational Trainer who’s passionate about delivering engaging and creative training sessions to support both new and existing employees. What would you be doing as an Operational Trainer here at Payplan?
We’re looking for an Operational Trainer experienced in creating and delivering structured training courses and material. You will be responsible for our induction journey which is instrumental in equipping new joiners with essential skills and knowledge to add value to our business areas.
As an Operational Trainer at PayPlan you will:
* Be responsible for design, delivery, evaluation, handover, and feedback of courses
* Create and deliver an effective onboarding training programme for new employees
* Have Interim supervision of new colleagues into the business, managing day-to-day while in their induction journey, and reporting progress, concerns, and behaviours to the Operational Training Manager
* Develop and deliver companywide training to all employees
* Work with managers to identify training gaps and develop plans to address them
* Document and maintain a library of training materials and training records ensuring they are kept up to date, crucial for our T&C scheme success and audits
* Develop new approaches to learning frameworks, tools, and blended learning
About You:
* Proven experience designing and delivering structured training programs
* Comfortable delivering training both virtually and face-to-face
* Experience of working collaboratively with a group of L&D professionals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* You are able to balance work demands in a fast paced environment ensuring delivery of training and projects based upon business needs
* Confident in handling conversations around performance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
