Broker Engagement Officer – Hybrid Solihull

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest dedicated Mortgage & Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisors and circa 1000 AR partner firms nationally. PRIMIS form part of the LSL Property Services plc group.

We are recruiting for 4 new colleagues to join our Broker Support Team. The team are an integral part of our relationships with our broker partners nationally.

To provide customer service excellence and relationship building with our brokers across all areas of the network. To build rapport with our brokers through an outbound calling programme to offer first class customer service, assistance, and any support needed.

The role is a hybrid role with circa 50/50 split of working from home / Solihull office (Birmingham Business Park). Initially the role will be fully office based.

The role is Full Time

Main Accountabilities:

1. Provide a world class customer service to brokers through regular contact to drive growth and satisfaction.
2. Working alongside our onboarding and sales team to welcome new brokers and firms to our Network, encouraging relationship building and being a first point of contact for support to our advisers.
3. Provide hands on support to brokers through outbound and inbound telephone contact as well as via other contact channels, such as email, teams, social media, etc
4. Provide expertise across several network functions and provide exceptional support to brokers as well as assisting in the promotion of lender/provider launches, events, webinars and upcoming training sessions.
5. Provide our broker partners support with our new back-office IT systems to help ensure a smooth role out.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required for the role:

6. Customer Service experience
7. Strong IT skills and be able to adapt to new systems quickly
8. Experience of working in a telephone-based role
9. Relationship building and strong communication skills
10. Experience within a financial services environment- preferred but not essential

Salary is between £26,000 and £28,000 per annum DOE
