What you will do:
Be the engine behind our leadership team s meetings organising, minuting, and tracking actions.
Partner with the PA to the CEO to ensure Albert House runs like clockwork.
Support the Workforce Development Manager with training logistics and warm welcomes.
Be a friendly face at reception, manage bookings, supplies, and support a new team of office volunteers.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.

Experience in a busy office environment and juggling multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
