Job Description
* Lead and manage the Human Resources team effectively.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management.
* Nurture a positive working environment.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim People Services Team Leader should have:
* Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
* Strong understanding of labour law and employment equity regulations.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
* Degree in Human Resources or related field.
