Job Overview
We are looking for a part-time Business Development Manager to help to grow an international speaking business.
The primary responsibility of the role is to build strong relationships with speaker bureaux, event organisers, corporate clients, to manage outreach campaigns and turn leads into bookings. You will be working with an experienced international speaker who already has a global reputation.

Duties
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and implement plans to expand the client base.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
* Monitor industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Qualifications
* Experience in professional speaking, event organisation or similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable with lead management software.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
* Ability to be positive and have fun
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
