The Role
* Ignite Growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the UK contact centre market, focusing on onshore outsourcing and hybrid solutions.
* Build Partnerships by forging strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders, turning prospects into long-term advocates.
* Champion Innovation through promoting Sensées unique value proposition remote, hybrid, and office-based CX delivery tailored for regulated sectors like financial services and healthcare, as well as telco, retail and ecommerce partners
* Lead the Charge by developing and delivering strategic plans to expand Sensée’s market presence, leveraging our award-winning technology and operational agility.
* Collaborate & Inspire as you work with cross functional teams to deliver bespoke solutions, ensuring every client receives exceptional service and measurable results.
What You’ll Bring
* Passion for business development in BPO/contact centres, with a track record of winning new clients and scaling operations within this market.
* Deep understanding of UK market trends, especially in regulated industries and customer experience.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
* Creative problem solving and a drive to innovate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience with hybrid/remote workforce models is a plus.
