Supply/Bank Early Years Educator – Overview
We are looking for a flexible, on‑as‑needed Supply/Bank Early Years Educator to join Kids Planet Hale. This role provides high‑quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS.
* Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain nursery routines.
* Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
* Help children thrive by sparking imaginations and fostering their growth.
Qualifications & Knowledge
* Desirable but not essential to hold Level 2 or higher UK‑recognised early years qualification.
* Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or enthusiasm to learn more.
* Knowledge of safeguarding children.
Safeguarding & DBS
Kids Planet is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well‑being of children and young people. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role. All staff and volunteers must uphold this commitment and complete safeguarding training, with regular refresher training to ensure responsibilities are understood and fulfilled. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions.
