A thriving company in Tonbridge, working in an innovative industry is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Support Administrator to join their growing team in Tonbridge. Working in a varied role in a dynamic team, duties would include:
•Managing customer queries via email and telephone
•Handling any complaints professionally and efficiently
•Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
•Providing sales administration support to the wider team
•Handling orders and supporting ecommerce operations
•Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
What we are looking for:
-1+ year of experience in an office environment, ideally customer/client focused
-Excellent telephone manner and professional email communication
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Positive attitude and good team player
-Willing to learn
