Role Summary
As a Car Sales Executive you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service consistently and ensuring customer needs are met professionally and enthusiastically. From initial enquiry to delivery, you will be the point of contact, keeping customers informed and following up in line with sales processes. You will also drive sales targets and identify opportunities in used vehicle sales, finance, insurance, paint protection and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service from enquiry to delivery.
* Maintain accurate records and use IT systems for administration.
* Achieve sales targets and explore cross‑sell opportunities.
* Follow sales processes accurately and uphold company values.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 2 years of car sales experience and 1 year of customer service/sales experience in retail.
* Strong ability to follow processes accurately.
* Competitive basic salary with uncapped £50,000 earnings.
