The IT Support Analyst's primary role is to provide support and training for the technology and systems used within the Primark Ethical Trade teams, including both day-to-day and project requirements.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll collaborate with various departments, markets, and skillsets. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Investigating supply chain linking issues in the system.
* Ensuring files are transferred correctly between systems and troubleshooting issues.
* Serving as the first point of contact for users with system troubleshooting needs.
* Updating user access, assisting with multi-factor authentication, and resolving connection issues.
* Escalating tickets as necessary.
* Handling hardware and desktop issues.
* Reviewing and assisting in hardware rollouts, including onboarding new starters, replacements, and repairs.
What You'll Bring
