Key responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with SEND Assisting the class teacher in managing behaviour and promoting engagement Supporting students across a range of subjects and ability levels Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Following school policies and contributing to the wider school community The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with young people in an educational or care setting Be patient, reliable, and able to use their initiative Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be confident working with students with a variety of needs Have (or be willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check and complete safeguarding checks Why work with Tradewind Recruitment?
