We are seeking a professional and experienced Property Manager to step into a Team Leader role within an established residential lettings team. You will manage your own portfolio while supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager in leading a team of 20. What is in it for you: £30,000£32,000 basic(Depending on experience) bonuses & year-end profit share (OTE up to £35,000) Hybrid working after probation (Head Office in Springfield, Chelmsford during training) Lead and mentor a team of 20 while managing your own portfolio Funded training and professional accreditations Clear career progression in a busy residential lettings team Key Responsibilities: Manage a smaller portfolio: handle maintenance, liaise with tenants and landlords, coordinate contractors, and process invoices Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, providing guidance and resolution Monitor team performance and workloads to prevent backlogs Encourage service excellence and build strong client and tenant relationships Work with the Assistant Manager to manage approved contractors and expand the panel Support team events and internal initiatives Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in residential lettings or property management Leadership or senior experience preferred ARLA qualifications are an advantage Well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills IT proficient, including MS Office Hours: Primarily MondayFriday, 8.30am5.30pm
