Educational Requirements / Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Qualification from High Intensity IAPT Course [Post Graduate Diploma]
2. Significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competences as required
3. Accreditation with the BABCP for CBT therapists and/or HPC for Practitioner Psychologists or British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) for Counsellors
Skills / Experience / Knowledge base
Essential criteria
4. Demonstrate experience of working in IAPT primary care mental health services
5. Experience of providing clinical supervision
Desirable criteria
6. Experience of providing line management to clinical staff
7. Trained in provision of supervision for CBT/Counselling
