Your role:
As a growing but small company, you will have an input into the company directly and expansion, bring on new clients and help with recruitment.
Key Tasks:
●\tAssist with company growth and marketing plans
●\tStaff management/cover in the absence of team
●\tBring on new clients and drive brand awareness (no cold calling ethos)
●\tCandidate registrations, attraction and education
●\tAssisting with the marketing and administration of roles
●\tProviding a 360-degree service
●\tUpdating CRM systems and mailing candidates/clients
●\tBecoming an integral part of the development of the business with career flexibility.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
●\tPrior recruitment experience within the Marketing, Financial Services or Business support sectors.
●\tIntegrity
●\tA great attitude
●\tAbility to talk to people from different backgrounds and positions
●\tA good knowledge of ICT
●\tExcellent communication skills with a natural ability to build a rapport and build relationships with customers
●\tExcellent interpersonal and organisation skills
●\tTo be self-motivated and enthusiastic in your approach
●\tTo have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm - 35 hours per week, although we work a flexible structure with home working.
Office location is in Hethersett, Norfolk with free on-site parking.
