Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality cosmetic and structural repairs on GRP components Assess damage or defects and determine the most effective repair techniques Use hand and power tools for grinding, sanding, cutting, and polishing Work with a variety of resins, hardeners, and composite materials Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and project deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery Skills & Experience Required Must be able to demonstrate current or recent experience in GRP repair or a similar role (e.g., car body finishing, composite panel repair) to a high standard.
