Overview
Experienced IT Service Manager to lead service delivery and vendor management, working in an end user environment where the majority of IT services are outsourced. You will be managing key managed service providers (MSPs) during a major technology transformation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape supplier relationships and ensure optimal service performance working closely with IT and business leadership. Hybrid role: 2 days on-site in Warwick, remainder remote.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end service delivery and performance
* Monitor SLAs/KPIs and drive continuous improvement
* Build strong vendor relationships and handle escalations
* Lead governance forums and optimize contractual commitments
* Align processes and coordinate incident management
Qualifications / About You
* Experienced in ITIL, ideally V4
* Strong experience in service management and vendor governance
* Skilled in multi-supplier environments with excellent stakeholder engagement
