What you will be doing
In this exciting role at Arbury Court, a service for Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions, each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working 15 hours a week alongside the reception team, your key responsibilities will include welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, coordinating the office diary for meetings and events, and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails, and post.
Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff, and visitors is a top priority. You’ll oversee visitor sign-ins, conduct security checks, and manage the distribution of keys and security badges.

As a Receptionist, you will be:
* Welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner and ensuring they sign the visitor book.
* Maintaining the upkeep and presentability of the reception area and meeting rooms.
* Managing the office diary for meetings, events, training days, and therapy sessions.
* Ensuring confidentiality and security of the service.
* Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, emails, and post.
* Completing ad hoc administration tasks.
* Ensuring all appropriate leaflets and brochures are on display.
* Managing deliveries.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have previous experience
* Have computer skills
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be professional, confident, and diplomatic
* Hold GCSE English Language Grade C or above
* Be efficient and enthusiastic
* Have an understanding of confidentiality and security
* Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Be welcoming and self-motivated

Join the multidisciplinary team at Arbury Court to provide care and treatment for adult women in medium, low secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments, who have Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions.
Rehabilitation and recovery at Arbury Court focus on person-centered care rather than disease-centered approaches.
The service is located just off the M62 junction 9 in Winwick, offering good transport links for easy access from most local areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
