Responsibilities
- Take and process bets from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide clear information about Tote betting options
- Accurately handle card transactions
- Deliver excellent customer service with a smile
- Work as part of a team to maintain a fun and professional race night experience
- Willingness to work on the weekends and on nights
Qualifications
- Age 18 years or older
- Basic understanding of numeracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Professionalism
