About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
* Support the General Manager day to day and take ownership of the business in their absence
* Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Mentor and support the the team in their training and career development
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
