TeacherActive is working closely with a further education provider in Shrewsbury to recruit an experienced and motivated Business Lecturer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver engaging Business programmes and support learners in achieving their academic and career goals.
The Role:
* Deliver high-quality teaching across Business Studies (BTEC / A Level / FE pathways)
* Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
* Support and motivate learners to achieve positive outcomes
* Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
The Ideal Candidate:
o Proven experience teaching Business within an FE setting
o Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
o Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
o A learner-focused, professional approach
