Due to growth our client is currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team based at their modern offices in Runcorn. You will be responsible for developing and executing a new business strategy.
This role will focus purely a new business development; therefore, you will be confident generating your own leads, using various outreach techniques to new prospects and selling the company service lines to potential new customers.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Managing your own sales pipeline
2. Negotiating contract rates and issuing customer quotations, ensuring maximum profitability
3. Developing relationships further, understanding your customers own goals and ensuring high customer satisfaction
4. Conducting market research to identify opportunities
5. Completing tender documentation, ensuring that you always adhere to compliance
6. Ensuring the CRM is up to date, booking meetings in your diary and managing your own sales cycle
7. Leading client sales meetings and presenting marketing materials as required
Skills Required:
8. Background in Facilities/ Maintenance/ Construction/ Property/ Electrical
9. Proven experience in business development sales
10. Effective time management skills, with a proactive approach
11. Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
12. Full UK driving license required
