Job summary

As a Domestic Assistant, you will ensure a clean environment for patient care in accordance with health and safety requirements, NHS National Specification of Cleaning Standards, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE), audits and NHS Property Services policies and procedures.

Previous experience working within Healthcare Services. Experience of working in a customer focused environment. Experience of using different cleaning tools/equipment.

Job responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent part time Domestic Assistant/cleaner join our team based at Hill Street Health and Wellbeing Centre, Burton-on-Trent.
* Hours of Work - 12.5
* £12.36 per hour part-time working Monday to Friday 5.00AM - 7.30AM
* Training will be provided
* DBS is required.
About the role: This role will deliver a full cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with the NHS Property Services Domestic Services Operative Manual, at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in the cleaning work schedules. No experience is required as full training will be provided. What we can offer you:
* 27 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday.

* SMART Pension contribution into which the company will contribute up to 6%.
