An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, welcoming, and professional nursery in Basingstoke. The Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality childcare and early education. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, caring, and committed practitioner who is eager to make a positive impact on children's lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
* Plans and delivers engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Observes, assesses, and records children's progress and development.
* Builds strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensures safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met.
Candidate Requirements
* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent).
* Possesses previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Shows passion for supporting children's learning and development.
