We’re looking for an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Shrewsbury store. The role involves managing contact lens administration, handling phone calls, updating and filing records, processing invoices, and sending out correspondence.
Responsibilities
* All aspects of contact lens administration.
* Answering and transferring calls.
* Updating and filing records.
* Processing invoices and sending correspondence.
* Prioritising tasks and managing a changing workload with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Promoting contact lenses in‑store and providing customers with detailed, accurate advice.
* Explaining different types of lenses and their advantages.
* Helping patients understand how to use and care for contact lenses.
* Providing up‑to‑date information on pricing and offers.
