We are looking for a Catering and Office Coordinator to drive growth and strengthen relationships with our valued customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love great food, this could be your perfect role!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Catering and Office Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in Aromi’s growth, ensuring seamless catering operations and engaging with new and returning clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with customers and hosting tastings to showcase Aromi’s offerings.

Managing Preferred Supplier Agreements to streamline operations.

Managing catering bookings via phone, email, and in-store requests.

Act as a liaison between Aromi shops and our Central production kitchen

Coordinating catering deliveries, both internally and externally.

Keeping our internal calendar updated with detailed booking records.

Handling invoicing and payments using SageOne (training provided).

Identifying and pursuing new business leads to drive revenue growth.

Managing Aromi’s online presence on delivery platforms, scheduling promotions and advertisements.

Providing exceptional customer service and working closely with chefs to accommodate special requests.

Communicating effectively with colleagues, directors, and customers.

Supporting new in-store launches alongside the Operations Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in coordinating catering within a multi-operational kitchen.

A passion for great food, coffee, and hospitality management.

Strong commercial awareness and ability to generate new business.

Confident and outgoing personality—team player and role model.

Highly organized, calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Competency in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel).
