* Work with existing inbound leads and opportunities generated through Lockton’s internal network
* Build, manage, and progress a healthy pipeline of Trade Credit opportunities
* Act as a key point of contact for prospective clients, managing day-to-day communication and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process
* Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, trade exposures, and commercial needs
* Partner closely with Account Executives and Policy Managers who will support you with technical expertise and client servicing
* Support meetings, presentations, and proposal activity alongside senior colleagues
* Maintain accurate pipeline activity and opportunity tracking
* Gradually build technical knowledge of Trade Credit insurance, insurer appetite, and market dynamics through structured training and on-the-job learning

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a sales, business development, account management, or client-facing commercial role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, organised, and persistent approach to managing leads and pipelines
* Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis
* A genuine interest in developing a career within insurance (previous insurance experience is not essential)
* Commercially curious with a willingness to learn technical concepts over time
