Your Challenge With a series of exciting new projects on the horizon we are looking to expand the team and we are looking for ambitious Account Manager to help shape our future. As an Account Manager, you will guide clients through the complexities of modern digital, acting as their trusted partner. You’ll be responsible for all outbound communication to your client portfolio, building long-lasting relationships across diverse and challenging projects. Our clients look to us for expertise, strategic insight, and approachable advice. Your role is to ensure they feel supported, informed, and confident in our work. There is a clear route for career progression within the studio, as your confidence grows and your clients grow with us. About You You thrive on conversation, building connections, and exploring business needs in detail. You have previous customer-facing or account management experience, ideally within digital or creative environments. You’re comfortable managing expectations with diplomacy and professionalism, even in challenging situations. You bring a natural sales aptitude, spotting opportunities to grow accounts and generating new business. You’re inquisitive, proactive, and motivated by helping clients succeed. Job Duties Actively manage and grow your portfolio of clients. Build long-term relationships through regular communication and meetings. Manage your workload effectively, prioritising as needed. Liaise across departments to ensure smooth project delivery. Support process improvements across our delivery model. Report successes, blockers, and opportunities clearly. Conduct research to fully understand client business needs. Lead account growth planning, including scoping and timeline management. Support high-level project scoping and delivery. Contribute to new business generation by identifying opportunities and developing warm leads. Manage client expectations with clarity and care. Occasional travel may be required. Requirements A personable, human approach to client management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Awareness of the bigger picture in relation to project goals. Natural curiosity with a drive to understand and learn. 1–2 years’ experience in account management, or similar transferable skills. Experience managing digital projects.
