About the role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate to join our dynamic Commercial Property team in Bishop\'s Stortford. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career, working on high-quality, complex commercial property matters within a reputable and growing firm.
What this role would include
* Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
* Managing your own caseload, handling large-scale and complex transactions for a diverse client base.
* Providing strategic advice to clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate development, and corporate.
* Drafting and negotiating key legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and development agreements.
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering commercial, solution-driven legal advice.
What we are looking for
While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement:
* A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
* A strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
* A commercially astute and strategic thinker, capable of offering sound legal advice aligned with clients\' business goals.
