Role & Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end payroll processes for multiple entities (including P11Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements)
* Consolidation, standardisation, and automation of payroll processes across the Group
* Identify, implement, and drive process improvements
* Collaborating with, and training of other teams (including HR and Operations), to ensure seamless payroll operations and develop a high performing 'Customer Service' culture
* Subject matter expert for payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the Group, including HMRC, Auto Enrolment etc.
* Lead and supervise a team of payroll assistants to deliver accurate and effective payroll systems
Role Requirements
* Proven experience in payroll processing, and benefits administration
* In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Leadership and team management experience
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
