About The Role
We are currently hiring Kitchen Surveyors across London. The basic salary for this role is £27,500 plus a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, potentially earning you up to £35,500 annually.
Main Responsibilities:
* 40 hours on a rota basis, including some evenings and weekends
* Conduct expert surveys of customers’ kitchens to ensure accurate measurements for the design process
* Record all information electronically in line with GDPR
* Maintain an exceptional customer journey by providing outstanding service, top-quality surveys, and great communication
* Support the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback, and reduce errors
* Ensure high-quality plans by auditing in advance of order/delivery, and provide feedback to develop designers’ skills
In addition, you must adhere to health and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.

About You
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
* Full UK manual driving license
* Excellent attention to detail and error checking skills
* Highly organized, able to manage own time and multitask effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Process-driven, analytical, and efficient
* Ability to provide excellent customer service and expert knowledge
* Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
* Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* Experience conducting home measurements/surveys
* Experience with CAD or planning software
* Knowledge of kitchen installation and legislation
* Experience with plan checking or error checking
* Previous experience in the kitchen industry
Applicants will be subject to a DBS check before employment, which will be assessed individually.
