Location: Enterprise Park, Military Rd, Fareham PO16 8TU
1. Salary: £13.79 per hour
2. Working: 47.5 hours per week
3. Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
4. Full PPE provided
As a Mobile Plant Site Operative, you’ll play a key role in supporting safe, efficient and environmentally responsible site operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, operating mobile plant and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable UK.
What will I be doing?
You’ll support the Site Team Leader and Site Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including:
5. Operating and maintaining mobile plant safely and in line with safe systems of work
6. Carrying out daily checks, routine maintenance and general site housekeeping
7. Working collaboratively to meet site performance and production standards
8. Completing any reasonable duties within the scope of the role
What are the requirements?
9. Experienced mobile plant operator (front‑end loading shovel essential)
10. Mechanical aptitude and experience with processing plants advantageous
11. Flexible approach to working hours and tasks
12. Enthusiastic team player focused on high operational standards
13. Willing to undertake on‑site and off‑site training (occasional travel may be required)
