Sales Manager - Medical Aesthetic Devices

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth by introducing FDA approved, clinically validated devices for skin rejuvenation and body contouring into leading aesthetic clinics.
You will own your territory, develop senior level relationships, and act as a commercial ambassador for a premium brand used by practitioners worldwide.
Role Overview
* You will be accountable for selling capital aesthetic devices across new and existing accounts within your region.
* You will build and manage a structured territory plan, identifying high value clinics and developing a targeted acquisition strategy.
* You will convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities through consultative, needs led sales conversations.
* You will deliver commercial demonstrations and business focused presentations, clearly articulating clinical value, commercial return, and differentiation.
* You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract and handover, maintaining accurate pipeline data in CRM.
* You will work closely with clinical and marketing teams to ensure high quality onboarding, training, and long term account performance.
* You will represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions.
Candidate Profile
* You bring a proven track record of success in medical device sales
* You are commercially confident, credible with senior stakeholders, and comfortable operating in a consultative sales environment.
* You are effective in presentations, negotiations, and closing complex deals.
* You are self directed, disciplined, and able to manage a large territory with minimal supervision.
* You are organised, commercially analytical, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
* You demonstrate resilience, consistency, and a professional approach to building long term client relationships.
* You hold a full UK driving licence.
