Job description
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Providing individual and small group support to pupils with specific learning needs.
* Preparing and setting up learning resources and materials.
* Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to the class teacher.
* Supporting pupils with personal care needs as required.
* Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Participating in school events and activities.
* Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and attendance.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
* You have experience working with children with special educational needs in a UK school setting.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are patient, understanding, and have a positive attitude.
* You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
* You are able to work independently and take initiative.
* You have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* You hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (desirable).
* You are passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
