Infrastructure Support Engineer (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Brighton
This role involves supporting the Network Operations Centre (NOC) at Telent, ensuring incident resolution and network support within a 24/7 shift environment. Responsibilities include handling customer communications, managing incident tickets, coordinating with support teams, and liaising with utility companies to resolve network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming calls and emails, adhering to KPIs.
* Create and manage network incident tickets.
* Coordinate traffic management and liaise with relevant teams and utility providers.
* Update and manage incident tickets, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, preferably in a NOC environment.
* Experience with 1st line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
