We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our client's established team, based in Towcester. As Compliance Officer, you will be ensuring the highest standard of regulatory compliance, supporting the business to operate in line with FCA requirements. You'll have the opportunity to work cross functionally within the business, collaborating with various teams and developing key operational processes. The role is full time, office based - Monday to Friday. Based in a beautiful location, with plenty of on-site parking, on site café and gym. Responsibilities will include: Reviewing and assessing key broker agreements and contracts Regulatory oversight of FCA framework, ensuring business-wide compliance Ongoing monitoring, due diligence and supervision of AR's Drafting, updating and implementing policies, ensuring clarity across the business Conducting internal audits and monitoring reviews to identify areas for improvement Managing the Complaints process from end to end, working to FCA DISP rules Regulatory reporting Maintain robust systems for document management (version control, accessibility) Be the point of expertise on GDPR and data protection queries and issues internally Support training needs within the business, raising awareness of regulatory obligations and driving for best practice Skills and experience: Demonstrated experience within a compliance related role Strong working knowledge of FCA rules, regulatory frameworks and reporting within a FS environment Understanding of GDPR and data protection guidelines Understanding of Complaints Handling process within FS Please apply below or send me a message for more information!
