Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer for an on-site, full-time position based in Southend-On-Sea. The CEO will oversee company operations, develop and execute a strategic vision for growth, and foster key client relationships. Responsibilities include leading business planning, ensuring financial stability, driving sales and revenue growth, and managing day-to-day operations. The CEO will work closely with the leadership team to create and implement organizational policies, ensure goal alignment, and represent the company to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in Finance, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and fiscal management
Strong skills in Operations Management and overseeing organizational processes
Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive company growth
Proven track record in Sales and client relationship management
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of the career development or professional services industry is a plus
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
