Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our HVAC Applied Technology sales team in the UK. You will manage a talented team of sales professionals, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, focusing on coaching and developing your team members to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the execution of Go-To-Market strategies within the HVAC Applied Technology sector, learning and enhancing strategies for success.
2. Inspire and motivate your sales team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
3. Utilize market and CRM data, combining field visits with structured coaching to continuously improve performance across the team.
4. Implement effective sales processes, managing the sales pipeline and CRM systems.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
7. Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support for a seamless customer experience.
8. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and ethical standards.
10. This is a nationally based role so will need willingness to travel across the UK as required
