I'm looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide a new engineering team in building scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape architecture, build your own team, mentor engineers, and drive best practices.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the design and development of a robust, scalable, SaaS Platform
* Provide technical direction and make key architectural decisions
* Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features
* Build the engineering team from the ground up
* Review code, improve standards, and ensure high-quality delivery
* Identify and address performance, scalability, and security challenges
* Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and engineering practices
What do I need?
* Strong experience in software engineering (typically 5–8+ years)
* Proven track record in a senior or leadership role
* Full stack experience - JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, MongoDB
* Solid understanding of system design and scalability
