What You Will Be Doing
You will support individuals facing financial difficulties by providing tailored solutions to help them regain stability and peace of mind.
As a Servicing Specialist, your primary role will involve supporting vulnerable customers via telephone, managing both straightforward and complex inquiries, including cases involving mental health, disabilities, critical illnesses, bereavement, mortgage restructuring, and non-recoverable seconds.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage workloads to meet service standards in a fast-paced, specialized environment.
* Handle internal and external queries, escalations, and referrals accurately and efficiently.
* Manage high volumes of calls and transactions confidently.
* Resolve complex customer queries with a focus on positive outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, exercising sound judgment.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
What You Will Need
* Experience in financial services or mortgages, handling both simple and complex transactions.
* Proven ability to work in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in customer engagement and complaint resolution.
* Understanding of customer administration processes and policies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Adaptability and a positive attitude towards change.
